Most orders are delivered with our courier TNT on a next working day basis.
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR
If you find you have ordered a product in error, please email or write to us WITHIN 7 days of receipt of goods, at your own expense, to DK Group Packaging, Lawford Heath Industrial Estate, Lawford Heath, Rugby, CV23 9EU. Goods must be sent by a trackable and signed for service. You will receive a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. All items must be unused and in original packaging. All products in our listings are accurately described, so please read thoroughly before purchasing.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Should we deliver an item to you which is damaged or faulty on arrival, please advise us WITHIN 3 days of receipt of goods, by email. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.
If you receive a different product than detailed on the delivery note, please advise us immediately upon delivery, or WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of order, by email. We will then ensure that the incorrect item is collected and your missing items are replaced free of charge.
